Daniel is a licensed real estate broker (PRC REBL#0021554) and real estate appraiser (PRC REAL #0006374). Daniel is also a Certified Public Accountant. He obtained a degree in Bachelor of Commercial Science Major in Accounting from José Rizal University (formerly College). Prior to entering the real estate industry, he worked with several companies in the food manufacturing, franchising, quick food service, casual and fine dining restaurants, steel manufacturing and 24-hour chain convenience stores. He worked in various capacities and rising from the ranks. Daniel’s last employment was with a company in food manufacturing, distribution and franchising as vice president until 2005. The big picture of the last 5 years of employment until 2005 was all about helping the company sustain and get out of debt. In 2007, Daniel started his own business delivering business software and related services to no less than 500 companies in the Philippines. In 2013, Daniel decided to explore the real estate industry. The shift came from his observation that Philippine companies will eventually move to cloud computing from on-premise computing. Under RESA, the 7-year old Philippine law at that time, he obtained his 2 real estate licenses in 2015. The Real Estate Service Act (RESA) or R.A.9646 became a law to transfer the regulation of said profession from the Department of Trade (DTI) and Industry to the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC). Daniel joined Keller Williams Philippines in February 2018 and looks forward to being vested. Related to Daniel’s commercial real estate focus is that he also became a business broker in 2019 for LINK Business Philippines a business brokerage company with origins from New Zealand.
